Payment
We ask for a worth of 2 nights reservation deposit in advance to make a reservation - or many of our guests simply pay the full price in advance - the choice is yours.
Cancellation charges
It is your right to cancel your booking with us at any time. However if we have reserved a room for you and declined other potential bookings because of your reservation it is fair that we charge a cancellation fee. Should you need to cancel we will make a complete refund (no administration charge of any kind) of any deposit paid if we are notified within 14 full days before the arrival date. We can easily sell the room in that time.
Cancellations within 14 days to 24 hours of arrival date or "no shows" on date of arrival will incur the full tariff as quoted at time of booking for the whole of the intended stay of two nights.
If you cancel and a refund is payable we will refund the applicable amount in the same method you paid it. That is if you paid by credit card we'll refund the card - if you paid by cheque, we'll send you a cheque.

Check In - Check Out
You can check in at whatever time suits you. Your room may not be ready until 2pm but you are free to use any of our facilities and we can store your luggage. On check in we prefer that you settle any outstanding account for your full stay. On day of departure please vacate your room by 10:30am - this gives us time to prepare it for any new guests arriving on the same day. We can store your luggage for you to collect at any later time that same day.
Customer Service
We appreciate your business and are keen to learn ways we can improve things. If you are not delighted about any aspect of our service we would like to know. You are encouraged to speak to us directly so we can put this right immediately but you'll also be given the opportunity to make a comment anonymously.
General Terms
When making a contract with us, your credit card details and other essential booking details may be passed on. By making a purchase with a credit card, you are consenting for us to pass on such details. The credit card that you use in making any purchase must expressly be your own or one which you are legally authorised to use. Currency rates and costs related to foreign products are subject to fluctuation and we are not liable for the accuracy of rates at any particular time. All rates, unless clearly stated otherwise on the website (for example in case of a package), are per room per night.

We attempt to ensure the accuracy of information available on this site at all times. However, we do not assume or guarantee that all information is up-to-date or fault free. We will endeavour to correct any errors or omissions as quickly as possible after being notified, but can not accept liability for any errors or omissions. We do not accept liability for any loss, or damages incurred as a result of a purchase from this site or use of this site. We do not provide any warranty, express or implied, on 'availability', quality or performance of products and services provided on this site.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to change, amend, add or delete any terms, conditions and notices under which this site is offered. Any changes made will be officially dated and shall therefore not effect any action or claim initiated prior to the date of said changes.
Privacy Policy
When you book a reservation through our site, we ask you to provide personally identifiable information by filling out and submitting an online customer profile form. This information includes your name, home or work telephone number, fax number, email address, and (by fax) your credit card number, expiration date and billing address. We use this information to process and book your reservation and to notify you of your reservation status by email or fax. We use this information only to reserve the room.

We take every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and off-line.
